Woolly does not collect, share or sell any of your personal data; some anonymous information is collected to help improve the application.
With Woolly you can choose to connect to 3rd party Mastodon servers: usage of your personal information by these remote servers is not covered by this privacy policy. You can refer to your Mastodon provider privacy policy for their use of your personal data.
Woolly does not have access to your Mastodon account credentials (email and password).
We may collect crash reports and information about the way you use the app. This data is always anonymised before is sent to us and in no way can be use to identify you or your device. A 3rd party processor (App Center) is used to collect and aggregate this data. Crash reports contain information about the state of the app at the time of the crash, the operating system version and device model; no private data is collected. We use anonymised and aggregated app usage data, along with crash logs, to offer a better service and improve the app.
We only collect personal information when you provide it to us, such as email address when you request information about our application, request technical support, or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect the contents of messages or attachments that you may send to us, as well as other information you choose to provide, and that may be associated with your communications. Your personal information will not be shared with others.
The application is not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may contact us. If we learn that we have collected a child’s personal information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
