Dashkit does not collect, share or sell any of your personal data; some anonymous information is collected to help improve the application.

Data Storage

With Dashkit you can choose to access 3rd party services that provide some of your personal data to be displayed in dashboards you create. The application is designed so it directly communicates with these services to collect, aggregate and process the information you choose to display. The application is explicitly designed to store your personal data on your device: your data is processed and stored solely on your iOS device and never sent or shared with any external server. We do not have access to any of your accounts data, usernames or passwords. All your credentials and information needed to access 3rd party services you choose to integrate are securely stored on your device.

The App’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. No information received from Google APIs will be transferred to any other app or external server.

Crash Logs and Application Usage Analytics

We may collect crash reports and information about the way you use the app. This data is always anonymised before is sent to us and in no way can be use to identify you or your device. A 3rd party processor (App Center) is used to collect and aggregate this data. Crash reports contain information about the state of the app at the time of the crash, the operating system version and device model; no private data is collected. We use anonymised and aggregated app usage data, along with crash logs, to offer a better service and improve the app.

Personal information

We only collect personal information when you provide it to us, such as email address when you request information about our application, request technical support, or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect the contents of messages or attachments that you may send to us, as well as other information you choose to provide, and that may be associated with your communications. Your personal information will not be shared with others.

Children’s Information

The application is not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may contact us. If we learn that we have collected a child’s personal information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
